What will the kennel provide?
The kennel provides bowls for food and water, and blankets for no extra fee. Upon request, you may upgrade your pet’s kennel with an elevated pet bed for an additional $10/night.
Upon request, we do offer a house food – Purina Chicken and Vegetable at $2/ serving. However, we do suggest you bring your pup’s own food if possible.
What should I bring?
Please bring a leash. This is necessary to bring your pup to and from the lobby for drop-off and pick-up. We will keep it in your pup’s locker during his/her stay.
We recommend that you bring your pet’s food. It is best to keep them on a consistent diet to prevent an upset tummy during their stay. It is easiest to provide us with pre-measured servings in sealed baggies. A sealed container and scoop will work as well. Feel free to bring treats!
You are welcome to bring your pet’s bedding and/or blankets; however, it is not required. We will provide blankets to make your pet comfortable during his/her stay.
Pet parents often bring their pet’s toys and/or an item from home so they have the scent and feel comfortable. (ex. T-Shirt, bones, etc.)
If your pet requires medication, vitamins, supplements, etc. please inform us at drop-off. We administer medication and keep record of them for an additional fee of $2/day,
Can my dogs board together?
Yes, your pups can board together. We can board up to 3 dogs in a deluxe kennel (6’ x 8’) together as long as they have ample space and their temperament allows.
We offer separate feeding if you would like your pups to be in the kennel together throughout their stay, but separated while eating. It is your responsibility to inform us if one or more of your pets are food aggressive.
When boarding multiple pets at once, the price is per pup, per night. This is true whether or not you choose to board them in one or multiple kennels. You will receive 10% off for boarding multiple pets at once.
What does my pet do all day?
Typical boarding includes 3 potty/exercise breaks throughout the day. Each break is 25-45 minutes long. Social pups will be let out in groups of 4 to one of our fenced in, turf outdoor yards. Private pups will go outside solo- don’t worry we will go outside with them and show them some love of course.
You can add what we call All Day Play to your pup’s reservation if you would like him/her to play with our Daycare Crew from 9:00-4:00. The surrounding hours allow for your pup to eat and have their potty/ exercise breaks.
If you choose to add bath services, your pup will be pampered with a spa day and lots of love a few hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
